I think my product is defective, what do I do?
If you think your product is defective, we absolutely need to know about it! It is extremely rare that these tests would be defective, but we take this very seriously. Please take a photo of the strip and another photo of the catalogue number & lot number marked on the outside of the pouch. Please email the photos to us at support@myovry.com along with a description of why you think the product is defective. A member of our team will follow up with you regarding your quality assurance claim.
